Shipping Policies

Linn-Benton Community College Bookstore is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.

On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Return Policies

Textbook return policy:

• Textbooks must be accompanied by the complete original
  sales receipt.

• Returns are only allowed during the allotted time period.

Electronic Products Return Policy:

• Product must be accompanied with the original dated sales receipt.

• Must returned within 30 days of purchase date.

• Must be unopened in the original shrink-wrap package.

• Must be in the same condition as when purchased.

• Defective items will be exchanged within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the original dated sales receipt.

Calculator Return Policy:

• LBCC Bookstore offers a 30 day warranty against defects. Exchanges only, no cash refunds for defective merchandise.

• Full purchase price will be given within 2 weeks of the purchase date if the following criteria is met:

1. Must have original LBCC Bookstore receipt.

2. Item is unopened and in original packaging.

Trade/Reference Book Return Policy:
